We don’t just want to find you any job - we want to find you the right job. Our team will consider your skills, interests and situation when connecting you with local employers to make sure you find an opportunity that actually fits.
We can help with:
- Exploring job options that suit you
- Connecting you with local employers
- Recommending roles that are a good fit
- Accessing work experience or internships
- Coaching on how to talk with employers and understand what you want from work
Additional Information
- Take time to understand your skills, experience and goals
- Talk through what’s working and what’s getting in the way
- Build a simple, realistic plan that suits your life
- Help connect you with other supports if needed (housing, health, counselling, legal or training services)
- One‑on‑one support or group workshops
- Help with resumes and cover letters
- Interview preparation and confidence building
- Support to develop workplace skills (communication, problem‑solving, managing conflict)
- Access to an online employment hub with practical tools
We can also help with practical needs such as:
- Interview or work clothes
- Transport or tickets
- Tools or equipment
- Short courses, licences or certificates needed for work
- Ongoing support for up to 32 weeks once you begin work or study
- Regular check‑ins to help you settle in
- Support to work through challenges and stay on track
