WHAT WE DO
Five Bridges is committed to strengthening cultural connection, understanding and inclusion across the communities we serve. Our cultural supports focus on building respectful relationships, sharing knowledge and creating meaningful, bespoke opportunities for individuals, organisations and businesses to engage with culture in a genuine way.
We work closely with community and local businesses to build strong partnerships that support culturally safe outcomes. Supported by our Cultural Liaison Officer, we also link clients to relevant services, ensuring they have access to the supports they need while maintaining connection to culture and community.
Our cultural supports include culturally informed practice training and workshops designed to build awareness, confidence and understanding. We also orchestrate cultural landscape tours that provide deeper insight into local history and heritage.
In addition, we facilitate connections to cultural and creative spaces such as museums, art galleries and community art hubs, along with hands-on cultural workshops that celebrate identity, storytelling and shared learning.
Through these initiatives, Five Bridges aims to foster respect, strengthen cultural knowledge and support inclusive, connected communities.
