James, a young Indigenous man with a dream of owning his own plumbing business, has taken bold steps toward his goal through the Construct Your Future program. Completing his Certificate I in Construction and Certificate II in Vocational Pathways (FSK), James built a strong foundation for his career. His ambition drove him to earn additional qualifications, including his forklift and elevated heights tickets, showcasing his commitment to broadening his skill set. Currently, James is diligently studying for his Learner’s driver’s licence, a crucial step toward independence and business ownership. The Construct Your Future program has provided James with the tools, confidence, and practical skills to pursue his entrepreneurial vision.
